OC Kuantan Conducts I.T Training for SMK St Thomas Students

The  Information Communication Society (ICT)students  of SMK St. Thomas had recently attended the I.T training at Olympia College,  Kuantan campus.  Ms Khor Hui Liang, the Diploma in Info Technology (DIT) Coordinator and Mr P. M Haja Mydeen, the I.T lecturer  had conducted the training with the students.

Ms Khor conducted interactive web designing using Flash software and the students enjoyed designing web pages using flash software.

Mr Haja, the IT Lecturer conducted I.T Quiz and Hardware presentation and the students learnt a number of new IT based concepts and also gained knowledge on how the network system works in real world working environment. Students also won prizes from the I.T Quiz.

The Principal of SMK St. Thomas  shared with Mr Sundar, the Principal of Olympia College, Kuantan on his students experiences.  The Principal also requested OC Kuantan to conduct  the programmes frequently with the school students and staff.

On the same day, Ms May Leong conducted a tongue twister training for SMK Alor Akar students. It was a fun-filled learning session. According to Ms Lim, the School Counsellor , this is one of the most  fun filled session the students had.
