Course Structure	The programme exposes students to the expectations of the hospitality industry. Students will be expected to perform to industry requirements in the food and beverage, house-keeping, front office, marketing and management levels upon graduation from this programme. Graduates of this programme would also be exposed to both the theoretical and practical aspects. This would be an advantage during their employment. Graduates who intend to further their studies would find that the rigorous academic structure of the programme, also provides the skills required for lifelong learning.
Duration	2 1/2 years or 7 semesters(including industrial placement of 6 months)
Entry Requirement	3 SPM credits and a pass in English or O Levels equivalent qualification OR 3 Bs and a pass in Bahasa Malaysia for UEC qualification OR Certificate in Hotel Operations awarded by Olympia College

Teaching & Learning Methods	Qualified lecturers will introduce, reinforce, enhance, and promote ideas and concepts through lectures, tutorial discussions, workshops in classrooms, computer labs and kitchen, with supplemental teaching aids.
Learning Outcomes	Analyse customer service as well as explain the purpose of promoting a customer focused culture. Review and evaluate Food and Beverage systems and be able to manage the Room Division business. Examine the strategies and operational issues for conferences and banqueting management. Explain procurement strategies and how it contributes to the achievement of a commercially viable operation. Examine the support needed to underpin facilities management. Explain the process and procedures involved in people management.
