The Certificate in Hotel Operations is a short program that covers all the essentials for a career in the hospitality industry. Practical, hands-on, it allows graduates to go straight into full-time employment after a 3-month industrial training program.

Entry Requirements


1 SPM credit in any subject; or


O-Levels with grade C in 1 subject; or


1 B in any subject for UEC; or


Any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Malaysian Ministry of Education


Career Prospects

Graduates can seek employment at entry level positions in event planning, F&B service, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource, Public Relations, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Service and similar in hotels, airlines, cruises, theme parks, travel agencies.
